Qualifications/
-U.S. citizen with a social security card
-Speak, understand and write English fluently
-Min 25 years of age with at least 2 verifiable tractor trailer experience
-No major violations or accidents. Can apply with lesser and will all be taken into consideration with circumstances of time of incident
-Professional appearance required at all times including closed toe shoes. Work boots or sneakers only. NO flip flops/sandals while on duty or driving
Salary dependent on how much you want to run within HOS
Compensation
-1099 Driver
30% of load (What we get paid for load) minus any unauthorized tolls
-W-2 Driver Starting
Mileage Pay:
-Empty
.65 cpm
-Loaded. Rate fluctuates with trip length
1 to 100 miles = $2.00 per mile
101 to 201 miles = $1.00 per mile
200 and up miles = .65 cpm **
Detention $35 per hour after 2 hours, paid in 15 minute increments
**.65 cpm rates increase to .70 cpm after 4 weeks consecutive work**
$50 per month cell phone allowance (company drivers only)
**Fuel and performance bonuses available after 3 months consecutive work**
